Lauren Domasig, LMT |
Born and raised in Texas, Lauren moved to Nashville in 2016. She gained her massage license in 2019 and has continued to learn and grow in her practice and knowledge of bodywork. Currently, her most utilized and favored modalities of massage are Ashiatsu for deep, therapeutic work; and prenatal massage for pregnant or postpartum clients. When not doing massage and bodywork, Lauren enjoys gardening and gaming with her husband, snuggling with her pets and a good book, singing and dancing, and experiencing new ways of being part of the Nashville community.
mission: In my practice of bodywork, I strive to listen, to embody care and respect, and to create and hold space within and for the body. My philosophy towards bodywork is that it is a cooperative experience. My goals for each session are to work with your body, to help foster a connection to your own body, and to alleviate discomfort as much as possible. |
