Former professional dancer and current aerialist, moved to Nashville in 2010 after living a myriad of different places, and it has become home. Being a dancer as a young person and being surrounded by people who were constantly in pain, she wanted to help, and went to massage school at the beginning of her professional dance career. Elitza graduated from National Massage Therapy Institute in Falls Church, VA in 2009. Thai Massage and craniosacral work, while at opposite sides of the pressure spectrum, are Elitza’s favorite modalities. Her hobbies include tending and learning about plants and pretty much anything outdoors from hiking to splitting wood and building campfires. Elitza is also a NASM certified personal trainer and enjoys spending time in the gym. In her free time, she can be found drinking too much tea and caring for her two dogs.
