Rachael graduated from the Clinical Massage Therapy program at Soma Institute Chicago in 2008. She first learned the value of massage some years earlier while she swam for the Carthage College swim team. Since her graduation she has gained experience working in chiropractors' offices, spas, and with athletic sports teams. Born and raised in the Midwest, Rachael made the move to Nashville in 2014 in search of warmer weather! Rachael’s massage uses a combination of deep tissue, trigger point, and joint mobilization to cater each session to the individual client's needs in order to create a relaxing and healing massage.
mission: I believe that through cognizance of our own body we can each become our most powerful tool in maintaining health. It is my intention then to create a deeply therapeutic and relaxing massage that cultivates a mindfulness and self-awareness of one’s body. |
