Rachael, a Nashville native, received her massage therapy certification from Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies in 2012. She started her massage career long before being licensed and the thought of school came along; her mother and grandmother loved to have their feet and shoulders rubbed after a long day of work. Since graduating from Cumberland Institute, Rachael has worked for large corporations, chic day spas, and even a local nutrition shop. Her massage technique is an integration of Swedish Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Reiki.

mission:
I am a healer, and so are you. We all have the power and ability to heal ourselves. Sometimes we just need a little guidance. I am here to help you reconnect with your body. To bring awareness to areas that you are physically manifesting emotions. My intention for each session is to assist your mind and body to a space that is comfortable for you to let go of what is no longer serving purpose.
