The goal of our energy works is to heal and release emotional/physical/mental blockages and cleanse and clear your energy flow. Any of our energy works may be integrated with hands on bodywork or not, depending on what you want out of your session. The kinds of energy work you might experience at STM could include:

• chakra balancing

• energy clearing

• communication

• breath work

• Reiki

• Polarity Therapy 

• and homework! 

What to expect:
Every massage will be different, depending on what you are needing at the time of your appointment, and even if you are not sure, your therapist will help you to figure it out. During your session, your therapist will help ease you into a calm, relaxation state with deeps breaths. You will be asked to clear your mind and focus your energy on being grounded. Your therapist may ask you questions during your massage to make changes and adjust bodywork techniques accordingly.
