Kristina has been a massage therapist since 2009 and is a graduate of Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies in Brentwood, Tennessee. She offers a unique blend of Swedish massage with varying depths of pressure and CranioSacral therapy. Every session with Kristina is infused with the gentle, intuitive touch of CranioSacral therapy to bring about a sense of deep relaxation and to encourage the body’s innate healing process. Listening to her clients’ words and to her clients’ bodies, Kristina is able to create a singular massage experience for each person. In addition, Kristina’s clients may also find relief from allergies and sinusitis with the soft, rhythmic touch of lymphatic drainage massage. This technique blends easily with other techniques to create a whole-body sense of wellness. When she isn't assisting people on their healing journeys, Kristina enjoys camping, working in her garden, volunteering to help the unhoused, and playing board games.
