Born and raised in Texas, Lauren moved to Nashville in 2016. She gained her massage license in 2019 and has continued to learn and grow in her practice and knowledge of bodywork. Currently, her most utilized and favored modalities of massage are Ashiatsu for deep,
therapeutic work; and prenatal massage for pregnant or postpartum clients.When not doing massage, Lauren enjoys snuggling with her cat and a good book, singing and dancing, and experiencing new ways of being part of the Nashville community.
