Morgan was brought to massage via her studies of the Chinese language, TCM, and herbalism-- which began at an early age while growing up here in Nashville. After attending NYU for language studies, she became a massage therapist at the Memphis Institute of Massage therapy. She then obtained a BS in Botany, to expand her knowledge of plant medicine, while maintaining her massage practice.
First and foremost a scientist, Morgan develops care plans for clients based on their medical, postural, exercise, lifestyle and pain histories. She has found her skills particularly helpful in the chronic pain community, particularly those with head, neck and shoulder pain. Having been raised by an OBGYN she also feels deeply connected to and at the service of the pre and postnatal community. When not at the massage studio, Morgan enjoys training in acrobatics, spending time with her family (and dog!), and preparing for graduate school. |
