What we’re looking for:

​We are very busy with regular and new clients, so we currently have demand for 

• A deep tissue, full-time therapist (9+ appointments a week) 

• For our busy afternoons (first appt starts at 2:30 - last appt starts at 6:00)

• On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (options for additional days and pickup)

• We always aim to bring a new therapist on our team who wants to grow their career long term with us by connecting with our clients, team, and community.

What we offer our therapists:

• A starting rate of 45% for massage therapy services provided (individual rate based on experience) and of course 100% gratuities to you! 

• We provide linens with a local laundry service and all room essentials, including hydraulic tables and an array of additional bodywork tools and supplies. 

• We have wonderful full time reception to handle check-in/out and all things studio related so our LMTs can focus only on their clients.

• A comfortable, supportive work environment with a small team of genuinely good people who support and encourage each other.

• A large, always growing client base in the busy Green Hills area. Our clients know us for our genuine, compassionate approach to bodywork, so they trust us to be a place they can refer friends and family. We also have many wonderful partners at chiropractors, yoga studios, PT clinics, gyms, etc. who refer to us, so we are welcoming many new clients along with our regular folks!

What our qualifications are:

• Must be a Licensed Massage Therapist in TN* 

• A desire to build a long lasting client base

• A strong passion for bodywork and healing

• BONUS: Deep Tissue and Ashiatsu are currently in high demand for our client base
