is our term for the different styles of energy work our therapists offer individually. The goal of our energy works is to heal and release emotional/physical/mental blockages and cleanse and clear your energy flow. During your session, your therapist will help ease you into a calm, relaxation state with deeps breaths. You will be asked to clear your mind and focus your energy on being grounded. Your therapist may ask you questions during your massage to make changes and adjust bodywork techniques accordingly.
